1. About MVM Ventures

MVM Ventures ("MVM," "we," "us") is the trading name of MVM S.R.L., a company registered in Italy (VAT/Tax Code IT16352381004, registered office in Viale Marx 171/2, 00137 Rome, Italy). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website mvm.ventures (the "Site") and any consulting or advisory services offered through it, including public funding ("finanza agevolata") consulting, financed training services, and brand/holding activities.

By accessing or using the Site, submitting a contact form, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

MVM provides consulting services relating to public and EU funding opportunities, grant applications, financed training programs, and related advisory activities. Free "check-up" sessions and preliminary assessments are informational in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of eligibility for, or approval of, any funding, grant, or program.

3. Success-Fee Engagements

Where services are offered on a "success fee" basis, specific terms (scope, fixed fee if any, and success fee percentage or amount) will be set out in a separate written engagement agreement signed by both parties before any chargeable work begins. These Terms apply in addition to, and do not replace, any such signed engagement agreement.

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

Funding decisions, grant approvals, and program eligibility are determined by third-party public bodies and are outside MVM's control. MVM does not guarantee that any application will be approved, funded, or funded in full, and is not responsible for decisions made by granting authorities.

5. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information and documentation required to prepare and submit applications. MVM is not liable for delays, rejections, or errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, the MVM Ventures name and logo, and published guides or news articles — is the property of MVM S.R.L. or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

MVM will treat client business and financial information shared in connection with an engagement as confidential, and will not disclose it to third parties except as necessary to deliver the agreed services or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MVM S.R.L.'s liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. MVM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or loss of funding opportunity, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy.
